„Good Morning children… Our first stop on our Worldtour is England!!“
Typically english it had rained cats and dogs on our first
morning and to get the right british feeling
we had baked beans, crambled eggs, sausages and bacon for
breakfast. Jammmi….. a big thanks to our
cooking mums.
To stay in England we firstly had to get a stamp in our
passport, which allows us a legally stay.
After that we graced the queen with singing the national
anthem of the United Kingdom and raising the british flag.
Time to start the day right… So what would be more typical
for Britain than the olympic games this year?
NOTHING!!!
So we have builded teams, that at first had to design their
own flags. Afterwards we opened the games with a Fackelwalk through Wenholthausen. In the afternoon the teams had to
fight in different diciplines. Besides swimming on skateboards and Teabagwidethrow the kids had to play
boule, soccer and make a stairrun. :D
For Dinner we had Schnitzel, potatoes and beans with bacon.
(It doesn’t smell good in our gym this evening, but it’s getting warmer ;) )
The last event of the day was to grace the winners of the
day. We championized the best team and the best alonefighter of every discipline. But we also had to celebrate something
else. Besides the day of the oympic games, it was also Annemaries birthday,
today. So the motto of the night was „Annemaries
super sweet 11th birthday party“. The kids dressed up themselves and if we
wouldn’t have end the party at ten o’clock, they would have danced until the
morning. But bad supervisors – it’s time for sleeping now. Like every evening
it meant: „Brush your teeth, go
pipimaking and into your beds!!!“ The next stop will be far away and we
don’t want to have a jet lag right at the second day….
